Low Cut Connie came to Jimmy Kimmel Live yesterday. The project led by Adam Weiner delivered “Can’t Be Wrong” for the late night television appearance.
“Can’t Be Wrong” appears on Low Cut Connie’s excellent new album Livin In The USA, a comment on the current state of affairs in America, which arrived on July 3.
“The world is on fire, so let’s get wild,” Weiner said upon releasing “Can’t Be Wrong.” “Part of making this protest album was trying to answer the question of how do we activate when things are going so so wrong in America and around the world. For me, the answer is to protest during the day, and party at night. We can do both things. So as fucked up as 2026 is, here is my offering for 2026 Song of the Summer.”
Low Cut Connie’s hometown newspaper The Philadelphia Inquirer indeed named “Can’t Be Wrong” one of its “Songs of Summer.” Watch Adam Weiner bring “Can’t Be Wrong” to Hollywood during last night’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live:
