Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme put together an impressive bill for his upcoming CORE and Sweet Stuff Foundation benefit concert including Jack Black, St. Vincent, Beck, “Weird Al” Yankovic and more. Dubbed “Joshua Homme and Friends,” the show is set for November 16 at The Wiltern in Los Angeles.
Additional performers at “Joshua Homme and Friends” include Norah Jones, The Kills, QOTSA’s Troy Van Leeuwen and Michael Shuman, Chad Smith, Andrew Watt and John McEnroe. Comedians on the bill are Bill Burr, Sarah Silverman, Dean Delray and Dan Soder along with magician Justin Willman.
Proceeds from the show will benefit CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort), a “global humanitarian organization dedicated to empowering communities in and beyond crisis,” and the Homme family-founded Sweet Stuff Foundation.
CORE’s relief efforts include assistance for people affected by the 2025 Los Angeles wildfires and the recent earthquakes in Venezuela. The Sweet Stuff Foundation assists career musicians, recording engineers and their families facing illness and disability.
“CORE is an immediate responder to crises globally,” Homme stated. “They act decisively with care & kindness when others hesitate. It’s an honor to partner Sweet Stuff with CORE to support their mission of action. Thank you to all the artists for generously donating your time and talent for such a worthy organization.”
An artist presale for “Joshua Homme and Friends” starts Wednesday, October 7 at 10 a.m. PT. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 9 at 10 a.m. PT.
