Tedeschi Trucks Band concluded a run of Pacific Northwest shows featuring support from Lukas Nelson on Saturday, August 8 in Bend, Oregon. Nelson emerged at the end of TTB’s headlining set to add to a sequence of three covers and “Bound For Glory.”
The 12-piece ensemble kicked off their 19-song performance at Hayden Homes Amphitheater with a take on Derek & The Dominos’ “Keep On Growing,” one of seven covers they’d play in Bend. Susan Tedeschi, Derek Trucks and company also drew heavily from their 2026 studio album Future Soul, performing six songs from the record.
TTB’s first surprise of the night came early when they dusted off I Am The Moon cut “Where Are My Friends?” for the first time since August 28, 2024. A few songs later, the group reprised the thematic jam they used one week earlier at Red Rocks to connect “Mountain Jam” and “Pasaquan,” this time segueing into it from “Let Me Get By.”
After a run of three Future Soul tracks, Tedeschi Trucks Band welcomed Lukas Nelson to the stage. Nelson’s third TTB guest appearance in a week began with Neil Young’s “Helpless.” The singer-songwriter remained onstage for a medley of The Rolling Stones classic “Loving Cup” and the Sleepy John Estes number “Leavin’ Trunk.”
Nelson’s sit-in came to a close with “Bound For Glory.” Susan, Derek and their bandmates returned to the stage to punctuate the night with an encore featuring their medley of Sly & The Family Stone’s “You Can Make It If You Try” and “Everyday People.”
