Mountain Grass Unit tacked on a large batch of 2026 summer dates to their Dog’s Out The Cage Tour. The headline shows join a busy season on the festival circuit for the Birmingham-born bluegrass outfit along with a spot supporting Dierks Bentley.
“This tour feels like a big step forward for us in some major markets,” MGU mandolinist Drury Anderson stated. “We’ve been able to watch things grow city by city, and that’s such a rewarding bonus to a job that already brings us so much joy performing for audiences around the world. Getting to play festivals like DelFest and Bonnaroo, and jumping on a date with Dierks Bentley calls for a busy and unforgettable summer.”
The new summer headline dates begin on June 11 at RiversEdge Amphitheater in Hamilton, Ohio. The summer trek includes fresh stops in Colorado, Missouri, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, Washington, California, Pennsylvania and New Hampshire throughout June, July and August.
Following various presales, general onsales begin on Friday, March 6 at 10 a.m. local.
