Joe Bonamassa and Sixthman are bringing back the guitarist’s Alaskan blues cruise in 2027. Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea Alaska II sets sail September 14 – 21 and will see performances by Bonamassa, Grace Potter, Larkin Poe and more artists.
The lineup also features JJ Grey & Mofro, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Ruthie Foster, Eric Gales, Jimmy Vivino, Robert Jon & the Wreck, Tommy Castro & the Painkillers, Danielle Nicole and D.K. Harrell. More artists are TBA.
Bonamassa and Sixthman launched the Alaskan edition of Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea in 2025 following the success of the long-running Caribbean version. The original cruise will return to the Caribbean in March 2027 for the sold-out Keeping the Blues Alive At Sea.
The Norwegian Jade embarks from Seattle on September 14 and will sail the picturesque Canadian and Alaskan coastlines including ports of call in Juneau, Skagway, Glacier Bay and Victoria, British Columbia.
Proceeds from Keeping the Blues Alive at Sea Alaska II will benefit Bonamassa’s Keeping the Blues Alive Foundation. Fans can sign-up for a presale via the cruise website. Click below for more information.
